Understanding the dimensions of wellness is key to achieving a balanced life. These dimensions - Recovery, physical, emotional, intellectual, etc. - represent different aspects of life and well-being.

I protect myself from STIs and unwanted pregnancy by either abstaining from sexual behaviors or using protection.
