It helps build structure, reinforces positive habits and prevents relapse. By staying focused on your recovery each day, you strengthen your resilience, foster personal growth and build a healthier more stable life free from addiction.

Answer these questions on a daily basis to guard against relapse.

Review, Remember and Recommit
